In Singapore, the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB) under the Ministry of Health requires all contact lenses (powered or non-powered) to be prescribed and dispensed by registered optometrists or contact lens practitioners. Before prescribing contact lenses to any person, every optometrist must ensure that the person had a recent and proper eye examination and that the measurements for the proper fitting of contact lenses are carried out accurately. The optometrist must educate the person about the benefits and risks of contact lens wear and teach him/her proper techniques on the safe use, cleaning and storage of the lenses. The person must also be scheduled for proper after care.
We guarantee the quality and authenticity of contact lenses sold! If you have any request, please contact us within 5 business days. Contact lens boxes must be unopened and security tags in place. All exchanges must be in good condition. We do not offer any cancellation or refunds. For exchanges, please drop off the original boxes at store and we will mail out the new boxes to you.
In the unfortunate event that you received defective contact lenses, please do not throw them away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for analysis. If the contact lens manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
