Shipping Policy

foptics ship everywhere!

(Well almost, we are still working on delivery to Mars)

For local shipping

Your glasses should reach you in about a week (inclusive of 3 days glasses processing time + 3 days delivery time).

However, delivery time may be delayed in the event of online shopping festivals (e.g. double 11, 12-12, etc).

For same-day delivery

Cut off time to qualify for same-day delivery is 5pm. All orders made after 5pm with same-day delivery as the shipping method will be processed and delivered by the next day.

Delivery will be a flat rate of SGD $25 regardless of distance, and is limited to mainland Singapore only.

Foptics will undertake every reasonable endeavour in ensuring the order to be fulfilled in which the same-day delivery method is chosen.

In the event where the order is not able to be fulfilled (reasons including but not limited to: unavailability of lenses, unavailability of frames), the amount paid for delivery will be refunded.

Foptics will also reach out to the affected customer to make other arrangements pertaining to the order.

For international delivery

Estimated overseas delivery time, excluding processing time:

Countries outside Singapore:

5 to 14 Working Days. If it takes longer than usual to reach you, please check with your local post office. From experience, undelivery parcel will be put on hold at the nearest post office for a limited time.
